Sr. Design Engineer

• Design, install, and commission high-speed process equipment across domestic and international manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot and improve existing machinery to drive performance, reliability, and safety.
• Design and fabricate tooling, fixtures, and mechanical components to support production needs.
• Perform reverse engineering on equipment and components to support upgrades and problem resolution.
• Partner with external vendors and suppliers on equipment design, build, and integration.
• Develop detailed drawings, technical documentation, and equipment training materials for plant personnel.

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in mechanical design of production machinery and capital equipment.
• Extensive experience designing, fabricating, installing, and commissioning high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Strong background in tooling and fixture design and hands-on mechanical assembly.
• Proven expertise troubleshooting complex mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in 3D design software including Solid Works and AutoCAD.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally in support of equipment development and production initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
