** Job Description*
* We are seeking a Logistics Engineer to support and continuously improve material flow across our manufacturing facility, including warehousing, receiving, and shipping operations. This role plays a key part in driving Lean production principles, Continuous Improvement (CIP), and cross-functional collaboration.

Success in this role requires not only strong analytical and process-design skills, but also the ability to coach, influence, and lead teams through improvement projects.

* + Design, analyze, and optimize material flow from receiving through production, warehousing, and shipping

+ Improve inventory management, storage layouts, and internal logistics systems to support production efficiency

+ Support capacity planning, line-side logistics, and space utilization initiatives

+ Collaborate with production, planning, quality, and purchasing to ensure smooth operations and maintain PFEP files.

+ Develop and maintain physical logistics PFMEA's

** Lean & Continuous Improvement*
* + Lead and support CIP initiatives using Lean principles (e.g. value stream mapping, standard work, 5S, Kanban, pull systems)
