Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, installation, and startup of process equipment and components across a global organization. This role focuses on developing, improving, and supporting manufacturing equipment, with an emphasis on mechanical design, tooling, and troubleshooting.

• Design, install, and support startup of major process equipment across global operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing manufacturing equipment
• Design tooling and fixtures to support production processes
• Perform reverse engineering on components and systems as needed
• Collaborate with external vendors on equipment and components
• Develop and maintain process documentation, drawings, and training materials
• Provide equipment training and technical support to internal teams
• Support testing, evaluation, and deployment of industrial equipment

• 8+ years of experience designing, fabricating, installing, and supporting high-speed manufacturing equipment
• Extensive experience in tooling design and fabrication
• Strong background in mechanical assembly and equipment troubleshooting
• Expert-level proficiency in Solid Works, including parts, assemblies, and drawings
• Bachelor’s degree required. Mechanical engineering degree .

• Proficiency with precision measuring tools and working with close tolerances
• Experience using AutoCAD
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Role may require domestic and international travel in support of equipment development, testing, and production implementation
