Floor Technician (Full Time)

Fountain Inn, South Carolina (Bosch – 8 Southchase Court)

Full‑time;
Monday through Wednesday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm;
Saturday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. (Details upon interview)

Fixed rate: $16.00 per hour.

Floor Technician responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment.

• Maintain knowledge of hard‑surface floor maintenance principles and use proper procedures for floor care including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor surfaces.
• Use proper procedures on carpet and upholstery including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
