Project Manager – Industrial & Manufacturing Construction

A growing construction company specializing in industrial and manufacturing projects is hiring an experienced Project Manager to support its expanding project portfolio, with some commercial work mixed in.

This role is ideal for a hands-on PM who enjoys owning projects from pre-construction through closeout and wants to work closely with leadership in a company that’s actively growing.

• Manage industrial and manufacturing construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and project execution
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Monitor progress, address risks, and manage changes
• Lead project meetings and provide clear reporting to leadership
• Support and mentor team members as the company grows

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction
• Background in industrial or manufacturing projects preferred
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
