We’re looking for experienced Automotive Injection Molding Maintenance Technicians who can hit the ground running in a high-paced, Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment. If you thrive under pressure, know your way around big iron (1000+ ton presses), and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty, this is the job for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on injection molding machinery
• Tackle repairs independently after brief onboarding/shadowing
• Work with Haitian, Krauss-Maffei, UBE, or Engel equipment
• Follow all safety protocols, including LOTO and crane operation (we’ll train you!)
• Regularly lift 50 lbs. and work in wet, hot, and rugged conditions

What We’re Looking For:

• 8–10 years of maintenance experience in Tier 1 or OEM automotive manufacturing
• Recent, hands-on injection molding maintenance experience is a must
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Willingness to commit to a 7-day/week schedule
• Own tools are a bonus (but not required—we’ve got you covered)
