Production & Assembly:
Complete assembly and disassembly tasks across multiple product lines; ensure all work complies with established process standards and cycle times.;
Quality Assurance:
Perform raw material inspections and preparation; conduct final testing and inspection tasks to ensure 100% product conformance.;
Workplace Maintenance:
Participate in environmentally-appropriate maintenance habits, including 5S initiatives, to keep the facility organized.;
Safety Culture:
Work safely within the requirements of assigned areas, consistently wearing required PPE and contributing to a proactive safety culture.;
Continuous Improvement:
Assist the team in identifying ways to improve process efficiency and safety standards.
