Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Must be available Monday through Sunday as needed

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of mechanical, maintenance, industrial, manufacturing, or related experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Weaving or textile industry experience is a plus
- Demonstrated job stability and longevity in previous positions
Job Duties
- Diagnose and repair loom stoppages and equipment malfunctions
- Replace or repair gears, harness drives, belts, and other machine components
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and lubrication of assigned equipment
- Set up, calibrate, and adjust loom settings including tension, timing, pick gears, and reeds
- Inspect woven materials for defects and make machine adjustments to maintain quality standards
- Follow production specifications and blueprints to ensure accurate setup and operation
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
