With new leadership and exciting positive changes, we’re building a workplace where staff feel heard, supported, and valued. Our smaller setting allows you to truly get to know your residents and coworkers, creating a meaningful and connected work environment.
Schedule Needed Full-time2nd shift: 3PM–11PM3rd shift: 11PM–7

Position Summary As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide hands-on care and support to residents, helping ensure their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
Observe and report changes in resident condition
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
Follow individualized care plans
Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old Active, unencumbered CNA certification in South Carolina (required)
Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassion for an underserved population
