** Registered Nurse (RN)
** to join our team full-time. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, oversee resident care needs, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction.##

Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
* Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately
* Assess residents and monitor for changes in condition
* Communicate resident status updates with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff as needed
* Participate in care planning meetings and resident assessments
* Respond appropriately to resident needs and medical emergencies
* Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life
* Ensure compliance with all facility policies and regulatory requirements
* Utilize Point Click Care  (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed## ## Qualifications
* Current, unrestricted
** RN license in South Carolina
*** Current CPR certification
* Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements
* Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing
* Experience with
** Point Click Care  (PCC)
** preferred* Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
