Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team full-time. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, oversee resident care needs, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately

Assess residents and monitor for changes in condition

Communicate resident status updates with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff as needed

Participate in care planning meetings and resident assessments

Respond appropriately to resident needs and medical emergencies

Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life Ensure compliance with all facility policies and regulatory requirements

Utilize Point Click Care  (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed

Qualifications

Current, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina Current CPR certification

Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements

Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing

Experience with Point Click Care  (PCC) preferred

Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
