• Own safety—follow procedures and lead by example.
• Troubleshoot and fix pumps, motors, gearboxes, plastic extruders, and other production machinery—both mechanical and electrical.
• Complete PMs and document work in our CMMS.
• Coach junior techs; operate effectively with little supervision.
• Use meters/test gear to validate circuits and components.
• Diagnose AC/DC motors and motor drives.
• Work with PLCs: understand operation, read ladder logic, and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Read and apply electrical/mechanical/pneumatic/hydraulic schematics, manuals, and technical bulletins.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.
• Skillfully use shop equipment and hand tools.
• Plan, prioritize, and execute tasks to meet deadlines.
• Keep work areas and the shop orderly and clean.
• Occasionally drive a company vehicle; valid driver’s license required.
• Pitch in on related tasks as needed.
• Communicate clearly: read procedures and safety rules; write reports/correspondence; speak effectively.

• HS diploma or GED
• 2+ years in industrial maintenance and an Associate’s in a related field—or equivalent education/experience

• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs
• Hear, communicate, and speak clearly with teammates

• Designing and executing preventive maintenance plans
• Repairing heavy equipment
• Familiarity with HVAC/R systems
• Advanced mechanical troubleshooting
• Comfort with 120/208/240/480V electrical systems
• Conduit routing and pulling
• Pneumatics troubleshooting
• Boiler operation
• Broad maintenance and repair skills
• Safe handling of heavy materials
• Electrical diagnostics on heavy machinery
• Hands-on equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Component-level mechanical repairs
• Experience with aerial and utility equipment systems
• Knowledge of access control systems
• Conducting machine safety inspections

• Flexible Manufacturing Systems (FMS)
• Industrial blenders/mixers
