Hiring Maintenance Technicians!

Pay: $32-44hr (BOE)

Shifts:

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

We are hiring skilled Maintenance Technicians to join a growing manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Candidates will work with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while supporting preventive maintenance programs and minimizing equipment downtime.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment, including pumps, motors, gearboxes, plastic extruders, and production machinery
• Perform preventive maintenance and complete work order documentation using CMMS software
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motors, motor drives, electrical circuits, and control systems
• Assist with PLC troubleshooting and interpretation of ladder logic diagrams
• Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and technical manuals
• Use electrical testing equipment to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and maintenance shop equipment as needed
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with training entry-level maintenance personnel and perform tasks with minimal supervision
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and lockout/tagout requirements

• Industrial maintenance experience required
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, and production equipment
• Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and industrial controls preferred
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Experience with CMMS software and preventive maintenance programs preferred
• Forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fountain Inn, SC.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $23.75 - $40.85/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
