Warehouse Worker

Grainger seeks a reliable Warehouse Worker to support daily operations in our Warehouse & Manufacturing department. In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, and stage orders, load/unload trucks, and help maintain inventory using RF scanners and basic computer systems. You'll follow safety guidelines, keep work areas clean and organized, and collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality goals.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
• Receive, inspect, and store inbound materials
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or incidents
• Work closely with team members and leads to meet productivity goals
• Assist with cycle counts and basic inventory checks
