Warehouse Associate

Grainger is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our day shift to support our mission-critical MRO distribution operations. In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders, receive and store inbound products, and maintain inventory accuracy using scanners and warehouse management systems. You'll safely operate material handling equipment, follow strict safety and quality standards, and help keep our warehouse organized and efficient.

As part of a collaborative team, you'll contribute to a culture focused on integrity, customer service, and continuous improvement while developing valuable logistics and supply chain skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment
• Receive, inspect, and store inbound products according to procedures
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and stock rotation
• Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards
• Use warehouse management systems and scanners to process orders
• Load and unload trailers and delivery vehicles efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory promptly
• Support continuous improvement and lean warehouse practices
