Shift Schedule
- Day shift:
Monday ‑ Friday (4x10 schedule, one day off during the week) - Available start times: 7:30 am, 8:00 am, 8:30 am with expected finish times 6:00 pm, 6:30 pm, 7:00 pm. This is a work‑until‑finish shift; end times are not guaranteed and employees may stay beyond the estimated time until work is completed.

CompensationHourly. Pay starts at $19.30 /hour with three raises in 12 months bringing pay to $20.50 /hour. +$1 / hour for powered industrial equipment (PIE) operators.

- Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks, e.g., unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing, with strong attention to detail.
- Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed customers' expectations for quality and delivery speed.
- Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed.
- Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the leadership team.
- Comfortable working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations.
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age.
- Physical requirement: frequently lifting, pushing, and sliding packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
- Able to receive feedback and work well in a team environment.
- Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
- For PIE operators: operate warehouse vehicles, material handling equipment and powered industrial equipment, including Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett and Turret Truck.
