Warehouse Associate at Grainger Businesses Fountain Inn, SC

Work Location:

Onsite.

Schedule:

4×10 shift.
Shift days:
Monday–Friday (one day off per week). Shift start times: 7:30am, 8:00am, 8:30am. Finish times: 6:00pm, 6:30pm, 7:00pm.

• Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks such as unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing, with strong attention to detail.
• Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed customers’ expectations for quality and delivery speed.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed.
• Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and hazardous material requirements.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the leadership team.

• Comfortable working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations.
• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50lbs, and occasionally lift up to 75lbs.
• Ability to receive feedback and work well in a team environment.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
• For Powered Industrial Equipment operators: operate warehouse vehicles and material handling equipment such as Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett and Turret Truck.
