Hyundai MOBIS Parts America is seeking a Parts Helpdesk Representative II to provide accurate parts information to dealerships and internal teams. You will handle high-volume calls, resolve backorders, and assist with parts ordering and returns in a professional, customer-focused manner.
Requires 2–4 years in a call center or customer support role, HS diploma, and AS/400 experience is a plus. This is a full-time, non-exempt position located in Fountain Valley, CA.
