- Maintain compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and customer requirements.
- Lead internal audits, corrective actions, root cause investigations, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Analyze quality metrics, nonconformances, customer complaints, and process performance.
- Support MRB activities and disposition of nonconforming material.
- Perform and review First Article Inspections (AS9102).
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve product quality.
- Participate in customer and third-party audits.
- Develop and maintain quality procedures, reports, and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of quality engineering experience in an AS9100 manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, CAPA, root cause analysis, and FAI processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience with ERP systems and quality reporting tools preferred.
- Aerospace, defense, or electronics manufacturing experience preferred.
