This role is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. The position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements and requires completion of the SAFE Act background check.
Responsibilities- Triage client leads and make referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals, build a financial plan, and recommend brokerage products.
- Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
- Mediates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs.
- Maintain SAFE Act registration and complete required background checks; failure to do so may result in disciplinary action up to termination.
- Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (or 63/65 in lieu of 66) licenses, or will obtain the missing series within 60 days.
- At least one year of experience in the investments industry with in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- At least one year of experience working in the financial services or sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Strong relationship building, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage goals, navigate complexity, prioritize tasks, and execute in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good time management and thoroughness with regulatory due diligence.
- Strong computer skills and multitasking ability.
- At least three years of experience in the financial services or sales environment.
- Additional professional designations such as CFP or CRPC.
- Relevant insurance licenses.
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Monday‑Friday and rotating Saturdays.
Pay$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
