Assistant Manager, Financial Analysis | Global Automotive Organization

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager, Financial Analysis to support executive leadership and business stakeholders through strategic financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis. This role is ideal for a finance professional with 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, accounting, and business partnership. • Partner with business leaders and executive management to provide financial guidance and decision‑support analysis
• Assist in developing annual budgets, business plans, and monthly forecasts while reviewing submissions for accuracy and reasonableness
• Analyze monthly financial results against budgets and forecasts, identifying key performance drivers and variances
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports and management presentations highlighting business performance
• Conduct ad hoc financial modeling and analysis for strategic initiatives, projects, and operational decisions
• Review project proposals, payment requests, and budget transfers to ensure compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with accounting teams and business stakeholders to resolve financial inquiries and support ongoing initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/Master’s degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or accounting
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills with experience automating reports and building financial models
• Experience with SAP, AS400, ERP systems, and financial data analysis tools
• Knowledge of accounting principles, cost accounting, inventory management, and financial controls
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
