We’re looking for an Assistant Manager, Financial Analysis to support executive leadership and business stakeholders through strategic financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis. This role is ideal for a finance professional with 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, accounting, and business partnership. What You’ll Do:- Partner with business leaders and executive management to provide financial guidance and decision‑support analysis
- Assist in developing annual budgets, business plans, and monthly forecasts while reviewing submissions for accuracy and reasonableness
- Analyze monthly financial results against budgets and forecasts, identifying key performance drivers and variances
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports and management presentations highlighting business performance
- Conduct ad hoc financial modeling and analysis for strategic initiatives, projects, and operational decisions
- Review project proposals, payment requests, and budget transfers to ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with accounting teams and business stakeholders to resolve financial inquiries and support ongoing initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/Master’s degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or accounting
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills with experience automating reports and building financial models
- Experience with SAP, AS400, ERP systems, and financial data analysis tools
- Knowledge of accounting principles, cost accounting, inventory management, and financial controls
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
