A leading substance abuse treatment center in California is seeking an experienced Case Manager to join their outpatient clinical team. The Case Manager will support patients through intake assessments, crisis interventions, group facilitation, and documentation of treatment activities. Candidates should possess relevant certifications in addiction counseling, be able to run support groups, and have a solid understanding of the 12-step treatment model.

This role offers competitive compensation ranging from $24.00 to $32.00 per hour.
