Manage the end-to-end candidate journey, ensuring a highly professional and positive experience at every touchpoint. - Employer Branding

Represent the company’s mission and culture both internally and at external networking or industry events.
- Experience
: 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Technical or Manufacturing sectors. - Sourcing Mastery

Proven ability to identify and attract passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques. - Technical Aptitude

Ability to quickly learn and communicate complex role requirements within the aerospace and interconnect space. - Interpersonal Skills

Strong ability to build trust with hiring managers and provide a consultative approach to talent acquisition. - Execution
