We are seeking a Technical Recruiter for a Direct Hire (or long-term temporary) opportunity. This role is essential for driving high-quality talent into a fast-paced manufacturing and engineering environment. You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, with a specific focus on maintaining high interview-to-offer ratios by deeply understanding hiring manager needs.     Manage the end-to-end candidate journey, ensuring a highly professional and positive experience at every touchpoint.

    Represent the company’s mission and culture both internally and at external networking or industry events.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience
    : 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Technical or Manufacturing sectors.
  • Sourcing Mastery
    :
    Proven ability to identify and attract passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Technical Aptitude
    :
    Ability to quickly learn and communicate complex role requirements within the aerospace and interconnect space.
  • Interpersonal Skills
    :
    Strong ability to build trust with hiring managers and provide a consultative approach to talent acquisition.
  • Execution
    :
    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining a high standard of quality.
