Job Description:

Summary:

Client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the recruitment process, coordinating communication between candidates, and hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
  • Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in posting job openings on various job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute recruitment materials including offer letters, interview guides, and onboarding documentation.
  • Support recruitment events and initiatives such as job fairs and campus recruiting.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to streamline recruitment workflows and improve candidate experience.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as background checks, reference verification, and compliance documentation.
  • Report on recruitment metrics and provide insights to the Talent Acquisition team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR support role.
  • Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry or IT sector is an advantage but not required.
