Job Description:
Summary:
Client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the recruitment process, coordinating communication between candidates, and hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate documentation.
- Prepare and distribute recruitment materials including offer letters, interview guides, and onboarding documentation.
- Support recruitment events and initiatives such as job fairs and campus recruiting.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to streamline recruitment workflows and improve candidate experience.
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as background checks, reference verification, and compliance documentation.
- Report on recruitment metrics and provide insights to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR support role.
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of automotive industry or IT sector is an advantage but not required.
