Data Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Data Analyst
- Customer Data and Consent Analyst Med for a 6+ months Contract position with a client located in Fountain Valley, CA

Pay Range: $40- $45/hr on W2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

The role supports customer data ecosystem by helping ensure accurate data processing, regulatory compliance, and cross-team coordination. It focuses on data quality, governance, and driving clarity across systems, teams, and business rules. This individual helps maintain strong, reliable customer data a foundation for compliant communication, operational efficiency, and enterprise wide customer experience improvements.

• Support regulatory compliance (such as TCPA and CPRA) and customer preference rules.
• Perform periodic and ad-hoc audits.
• Validate and enhance business rules related to customer preferences, consent, suppression logic, and data integrity.

• Identify data anomalies or inconsistencies and help drive resolution with IT and vendor teams.
• Use SQL for querying, validating, and troubleshooting data flows.
• Assist in ongoing efforts to improve data integrity.

• Maintain simple, clear documentation of business rules, workflows, and cross system logic.
• Support requirement gathering for small enhancements and fixes.
• Answer data questions and support requests from internal Business Units and external parties.

• Coordinate tasks across internal teams and partners.
• Help track deadlines, meeting notes, and action items for teams initiatives.

• SQL proficiency for querying, validating, and troubleshooting data flows
• Analytical and problem solving mindset
• Ability to work across both business and technical teams
• Strong written and verbal communication and follow through
