Location: Fountain Valley, CA
Pay Rate: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
Staffmark is hiring a Warranty Campaign Analyst for a temporary opportunity in Fountain Valley, CA. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in data analysis, reporting, automotive warranty administration, recall management, business analytics, and campaign operations

- Generate and maintain recurring reports related to warranty campaigns, recalls, and completion rates
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities
- Create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and dashboards
- Support reporting for campaign claims, repair validation, and VIN data accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve campaign completion rates and operational performance
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and provide actionable business insights
- Assist with process improvements, report automation, and data quality initiatives
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, warranty operations, campaign management, or a related field
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Experience working with large datasets and validating data accuracy
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Automotive Technology, or a related field
- Experience with automotive warranties, recalls, service campaigns, or dealer operations
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, SAS, or similar reporting tools
- Experience with report automation and continuous improvement initiatives
