WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Sr. Manager, Interactive Retail Marketing leads the charge in shaping Hyundai’s next‑generation dealer‑facing digital ecosystem. This role is at the forefront of innovation—driving the vision, strategy, and execution of cutting‑edge digital programs that power our dealer network. From elevating dealer websites and digital retailing tools to seamlessly connecting inventory across  and major platforms like Google and Amazon, this leader transforms complex data and technology into intuitive, high‑impact customer and dealer experiences.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Support the Sr. Group Manager in leading dealer‑facing digital marketing, shopping, and digital retail initiatives.
  • Manage in‑market digital shopping campaigns to drive traffic and conversion across Hyundai’s online and offline retail channels.
  • Contribute to the overall retail digital strategy in alignment with brand, dealer, and corporate objectives.
  • Lead the Dealer Website Certification Program (DWCP), ensuring improved marketing platforms, elevated brand standards, and increased dealer satisfaction.
  • Manage DWCP business partners and oversee the review, approval, and deployment of digital creative assets, including banners, website templates, and pages.
  • Oversee the creation and production of digital assets supporting retail and shopping strategies and tactics.
  • Establish standardized performance, conversion, and effectiveness metrics to evaluate program success.
  • Ensure consistent alignment and integration of messaging across Hyundai T1–T3 digital properties.
  • Optimize dealer websites for shopping functionality, conversion performance, and customer experience.
  • Analyze website traffic and conversion data, providing insights and recommendations to marketing and executive leadership.
  • Lead digital retailing strategy, execution, and dealer participation in support of Hyundai’s enterprise digital retail transformation.
  • Provide business leadership for the Hyundai digital retail program, ensuring cross‑domain alignment and enhanced end‑to‑end customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Hyundai Capital America, dealers, internal stakeholders, and vendors to improve digital retailing tools, processes, and adoption.
  • Manage dealer inventory connection programs, including dealer enrollment, onboarding, partner coordination, and day‑to‑day operations.
  • Oversee dealer online reputation management and business listing syndication, providing analytics, reporting, and guidance to regions and dealers.
  • Manage dealer‑facing program inquiries, troubleshooting, and operational support for field teams and dealers.
  • Oversee digital retail transformation program budgets, forecasting, accruals, vendor payments, and variance explanations.
  • Coach, develop, and manage vendor support staff to ensure efficient execution and alignment with organizational goals.
  • The Senior Manager is expected to work largely independently, manage staff/vendors, and exercise decision‑making within established guidelines.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
  • Must have a high school diploma.
  • 8+ years of experience managing large-scale digital programs that span multiple stakeholders (OEM, dealers, vendors) required
  • Automotive OEM industry experience required
  • 3 years of supervisory experience required.
  • 5 years of directly related experience in vendor/customer management preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the US on a quarterly basis
