- Develop and deliver classroom and hands-on manufacturing training across ISC facilities.
- Lead new hire, refresher, and certification training for production personnel.
- Deliver IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, and applicable IPC-7711/7721 training and testing.
- Provide training on 5S, Lean, Gemba, ESD, AS9100 awareness, and manufacturing safety.
- Serve as an IPC/workmanship resource and support quality and non-conformance issues.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to identify training needs and support new processes.
- Maintain training materials, certification schedules, and employee training records.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and update programs based on quality and production data.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 10+ years of IPC experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610 and/or IPC-A-620.
- Experience delivering hands-on production-floor training.
- Hands-on experience with soldering, cable/harness assembly, or PCB inspection.
- Working knowledge of Lean, 5S, ESD, and quality standards.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manufacturing documentation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and training skills.
