Production Technician I – Night Shift
Location:
Huntington Beach/Fountain Valley area
Pay: $23.00–$23.50/hr + guaranteed overtime every shift
Schedule:
6:00 PM–6:00 AM | 12-hour 2/3/2 schedule

We are looking for a hands-on Production Technician to join our manufacturing team in Huntington Beach. You’ll operate production equipment, prepare batches, monitor processes, perform basic in-process testing, and help ensure production runs safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do- Set up and operate production equipment and machinery.
- Prepare and process batches according to established procedures.
- Monitor equipment and production processes using HMI systems.
- Operate pumps, mixers, centrifuges, conveyors, dryers, and other equipment.
- Perform basic in-process testing and accurately document production results.
- Perform equipment cleaning and CIP procedures.
- Follow all safety procedures when working with chemicals and industrial equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues and communicate with supervisors, maintenance, and engineering as needed.
- Safely operate forklifts, lifts, and other equipment as required.
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Comfortable working around machinery and chemicals.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to work a 12-hour overnight schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Preferred:
Experience with process manufacturing, batch production, HMI systems, chemical manufacturing, CIP, forklift/lift equipment, or HAZWOPER.
6:00 PM–6:00 AM
- Week 1:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday - Week 2:
Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
This position includes guaranteed overtime every shift, as well as weekends, holiday work (at holiday pay rate)
