UCI Health seeks a Charge Nurse for the Neonatal ICU to lead nursing operations, organize and direct patient care, and mentor staff within a fast-paced NICU. You will oversee clinical competency, guide policy development, and support ongoing education programs to maintain high standards of neonatal care.
The role requires a BSN or higher with at least 2 years NICU experience, strong leadership, and excellent English communication. California RN license and BLS/NRP certifications are expected.
