Experience Level: Entry-Level (No prior real estate experience required – full training provided!)

Compensation: $200,000-$300,000 ($3,000/month base pay months 1-2 and $3,000 draw/months 3+ (meaning paid the higher of $3,000 month or closed commission). Closed commission equals 10% of the assignment fee i.e. revenue of the deal with average earners making $250k-$400k/year. We will institute minimum salary guarantees in the Employment contract in range with the compensation mentioned above)

Job Description

We're seeking motivated individuals to join our acquisitions team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives. This is a predominantly phone-based role where you'll spend most of your day making outbound calls to motivated sellers, building rapport, qualifying leads, and negotiating purchase contracts over the phone. No door-knocking or in-person meetings required – everything is handled remotely via phone and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make 175+ outbound calls per day using provided leads and dialer software
  • Follow proven scripts to engage homeowners, uncover their needs, and present cash offer solutions
  • Qualify leads, gather property details, and negotiate terms to secure contracts
  • Build and maintain relationships with sellers through follow-up calls
  • Enter lead and deal information into our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the team to close deals quickly and efficiently
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and phone skills (persuasive, empathetic, and resilient)
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and handling objections
  • Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus, but not required)
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome – we provide comprehensive training!
  • Reliable internet and quiet workspace for remote work
