• Connect with qualified leads and identify their insurance needs.
• Prepare quotes, present coverage options, and close sales.
• Build strong client relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Identify new sales and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client and prospect records.
• Clearly communicate the value of our products and services.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

• Sales or client-facing experience is a plus.
• Insurance experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must have a valid California Property & Casualty Insurance License or be willing to obtain one prior to starting.
