Recruit, hire, train, and level‑up your squad of Personal Trainers
Drive PT revenue like a boss
Turn leads into clients and clients into raving fans

Read reports, make moves, and course‑correct like a pro

WHAT YOU BRING
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's Degree = bonus points
CPR certified
One or more of the following:
Nationally accredited PT certification
B.S. in Exercise Science or Kinesiology
EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS
1-2 years as a Personal Trainer
Management experience leading teams of 3-10 (retail/hospitality/fitness)
Consultative sales experience - We can help people more when they say yes to coaching!
️ PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Move around the club like you own it
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, members, and guests
Demonstrate exercises and proper technique
Lift up to 50 lbs (aka: warm‑up weight)
