The Rental Shop Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and organizing all aspects of the branch maintenance operations, including supervising and training mechanics and yard personnel in a manner that reflects the company's vision of working as “One Professional Team.” This position is also responsible for ensuring required paperwork is accurate and completed on a timely basis.
Pay Rate: $30.00 - $34.04 per hour.
Pay is dependent upon education and experience.

Essential Functions:

- Utilizes strong computer skills by assisting with the processing of work orders, purchase orders, and other relevant paperwork
- Ensures completion of all relevant paperwork in a timely manner. This includes but is not limited to:
Safety Damage Sheets, Purchase Orders, Incident Reports, warranty work orders, and customer invoicing - Creates and closes in a timely manner, all PO's, ensuring accuracy, correct pricing, and detailed comments for future reference
- Manages available reports to boost productivity
- Reviews profit and loss statements to help manage repair expenses and maximize profitability
