Special Education Teacher in Fountain

• Active Special Education teaching certification required
• Experience working with middle school students preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Dedicated to creating positive, supportive learning experiences

• Develop and adapt instructional materials to meet student needs
• Design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students on your caseload
• Provide specialized instruction individually or in small group settings
• Work alongside general education teachers to promote classroom inclusion
• Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary
• Communicate regularly with families, caregivers, and other school professionals
• Manage documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
