Overview
Personal Bankers are enthusiastic and self‑motivated professionals who help clients achieve financial freedom and peace of mind. They build relationships with existing and potential clients, understand their financial needs, recommend products, and complete account opening accurately.
Responsibilities- Provide "fast, easy, and personal" service consistent with company standards, resolve problems, build relationships, and ensure timely resolution.
- Promote consumer/small business banking products using direct sales techniques, engage potential clients, and speak positively about the bank’s products.
- Achieve specific sales goals on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to maximize opportunities and achieve sales standards, aiming to earn 100 % of the client’s business.
- Open checking and savings accounts, process client transactions, and recommend other products such as credit cards and loans.
- Demonstrate digital expertise by using digital platforms, educating clients and associates about online banking, mobile banking, chat box, and other self‑service channels.
- Cultivate close relationships with clients and business partners to refer products and services to other business lines.
- Educate and assist clients with other banking services; resolve concerns efficiently.
- Conduct operational tasks to protect client and bank assets—document account openings, custody of cash, log maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
- Protect all client information and business records as confidential, following company communication policies.
- Implement banking center operations procedures when delegated, including cash supply maintenance, auditing, and documentation.
- Maintain current knowledge of regulations and bank policies—including BSA, OFAC, and company handbook—and participate in regular training.
- Complete monthly training to stay knowledgeable on regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Work during regular business hours or assigned hours.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The Person al Banker position pays a minimum of $18.50 per hour and is eligible for additional monthly incentive compensation based on the achievement of incentive goals.
