Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Fountain, CO

Essential

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in speech-language pathology or a related field
• Valid CDE-issued licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy settings is a plus
• Strong collaboration, communication, and time-management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language interventions as directed by supervising SLPs
• Support students within the K-8th grade range in both individual and group modalities
• Implement therapy plans addressing a wide spectrum of communication challenges
• Document student progress, maintain records, and assist in program planning
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
• Utilize augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) technology with students as appropriate
