Position: Material Handler Small Pack Line
Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Material Handler Small Pack Line to join their team. As a Material Handler Small Pack Line, you will be part of the production department supporting the manual bagging and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $17

** Shift:
** First (5x10 shift, Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 4:30pm)

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate the Small Pack production line efficiently and safely

+ Perform housekeeping duties such as scraping, sweeping, shoveling, and stacking bags

+ Assist in filling, sealing, packing, and stacking bags into boxes

+ Ensure quality and quantity standards are met consistently

+ Report equipment issues to maintenance personnel and assist with cleanup and restacking as needed

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma or GED

+ Ability to follow safety practices to ensure personal and team safety

+ Ability to work in dusty, hot, cold, or rainy environments

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders

+ Ability to stand for most of the workday
