Role
Emergency RN in a fast-paced, technically complex environment, providing direct patient care in ICU or PCU settings.
Responsibilities- Deliver top-of-scope nursing care utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Prioritize patient wellness and safety while modeling proficiency and precepting new staff.
- Contribute to secure safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement in clinical care.
- Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications from recognized agencies.
