Role Overview:

- Deliver direct patient care in a technically complex environment, including ICU or PCU settings.
- Model proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff and integrating new knowledge.
- Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.
- Current Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Certification in ACLS and BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross CPR).
- Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills.
