As an Applebee's Dishwasher / General Utility, you will help keep the back‑of‑house clean and operate smoothly. You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment as part of a team, communicating effectively and enjoying a fun, flexible work schedule that supports work‑life balance.

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading dishwashing equipment.
• Support the general operations of the back‑of‑house.
• Communicate with team members and follow safety procedures.

• At least 18 years old.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to making an impact.

• Wages range from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, with competitive wages and tips.
• Daily Pay*, flexible work schedules, healthcare benefits, meal discounts, and a clear career path.
• Daily Pay not available in California.

• Ability to remain stationary and exhibit well‑paced mobility for up to four hours.
• Capacity to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in a hot, damp environment.
• Finger and hand dexterity for handling small tools and equipment.
• Must wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks throughout the shift.
• Frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
