Schedule: Full time, shift may start between 4:00am - 7:00am or between 7:00am - 9:00am

Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet, and thank customers, process returns/refunds, and carry out financial transactions. They may need to stand for long periods.

You play a major role in how customers feel when they leave the store. You might be the first, last, and sometimes only associate a customer interacts with.

Ensure fast scanning, accurate pricing, proper bagging, cash handling, and maintain a clean checkout area.

Multi‑task during peak times – evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.

• Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude
• Stand for long periods and check out customers quickly and accurately
• Keep your area clean and presentable
• Answer customer questions and help them with their needs
• Assist associates across the store as needed

• Ensure customers have a great first and last impression
• Gather carts from the parking lot
• Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store
• Clean restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot as needed
• Maintain a positive attitude in all weather conditions
