Role Overview

We are seeking a Relationship Specialist who thrives on building meaningful interactions with current and prospective customers. In this role you will help local teams provide floor planning financing to independent auto dealers, elevate relationships, attract new business, and grow AFC revenue while managing risk. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in customer‑facing, sales, or sales support roles.

Location

The position requires residency in the Colorado Springs, CO or Pueblo, CO markets with travel within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply critical thinking to assess business and risk situations, making decisions independently.
  • Use CRM tools and work queues to understand customer needs.
  • Grow the portfolio organically and support promotional efforts for new and existing accounts.
  • Manage, service, and balance risk on customer accounts.
  • Drive new growth opportunities while maintaining existing account relationships.
  • Support others’ success as they develop in their roles.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Three to five years of customer‑facing, sales, or sales support experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50‑75% within the market.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with a focus on productivity.
  • Strong sales expertise, audience adaptability, curiosity, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of portfolio management, risk, and new business development.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with technology including mobile applications and software relevant to the role.
  • Accountability toward local goals and business targets.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the auto industry or financial services.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Tableau.
  • Bilingual proficiency.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive base salary:  70,000.00 –  75,000.00 per year.
  • Target annual bonus:  0.00 –  10,000.00.
