• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly, escalating to site contacts and public emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points.
• Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification and work authorization.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and monitoring systems; report irregular conditions.
• Complete shift activity reports, incident reports, and log entries with accurate details.
• Perform foot and vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized activity, vandalism, and theft.
• Communicate with site personnel via radio and phone; provide timely updates.
• Support contractor and delivery check-in by confirming routing instructions and directing traffic flow.
• Maintain a professional presence, follow post orders, and attend required training and briefings.

• Possess a CPO.
• Valid driver’s license required in accordance with driver policy.
• 4‑year military, law enforcement experience, or criminal justice degree.
• Guard card/license preferred.
• State, county, or city issued security license preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as required.
• Consideration of qualified applicants with criminal histories per applicable laws.
• Drug screen to extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
