You will prepare units for move-ins, handle work orders for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs, and participate in after-hours on-call emergencies while upholding excellent resident communication.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ years of relevant experience, and preferred OSHA/EPA/CPO certifications.
