As a Bilingual Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in creating a positive service experience by communicating clearly with customers, coordinating repair needs, and ensuring every guest feels valued and informed throughout the service process.

- Assist both English- and Spanish-speaking customers throughout the service process
- Accurately gather customer and vehicle information
- Clearly document vehicle concerns, symptoms, and repair requests
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle condition, mileage, and manufacturer recommendations
- Prepare accurate estimates for parts and labor
- Communicate repair timelines and manage customer expectations
- Monitor vehicle repair progress and provide consistent updates to customers
- Review repair orders and final invoices for accuracy
- Explain completed repairs, maintenance recommendations, and charges in a clear and professional manner
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to sit and work on a computer for extended periods
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the service department as needed
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
