Responsibilities- Greet customers and gather vehicle service needs
- Write and manage repair orders

- Provide updates and ensure customer satisfaction
- Upsell maintenance services when appropriate
- Previous service advisor or automotive customer service experience required
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dealership systems/CRM preferred
