Floor Staff

Phoenix Theatres, established in 2001, is a growing company with locations across multiple states, including Michigan, Ohio, Massachusetts, Iowa, and Tennessee. The company specializes in providing a premium cinema experience and operates a total of 10 theaters, all equipped with 100% digital projection technology. This is a full-time, on-site role for Floor Staff at our Patriot Place location in Foxborough, Massachusetts. Floor Staff members are responsible for various tasks, including assisting guests with their tickets, handling concessions sales, maintaining cleanliness in the facility, ensuring auditorium conditions meet company standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with opening and closing procedures, restocking supplies, and contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the theater.

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with team members and guests
• Demonstrated ability in providing excellent Customer Service in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Sales and willingness to promote products and services
• Experience in Training and capability to assist in onboarding new team members
• Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• No prior experience required, but working in a customer-facing role is a plus
