SUMMARY
The Tutor reports to the Director of Youth Development and will provide off-field education support to the Revolution Academy Residency Players.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThis position has no supervisory responsibilities
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelors degree required
- 3+ years of experience teaching or tutoring
- 2-4 years of experience providing well-being support in a residency setting or relevant
- Effective communication skills, oral and written
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Ability to effectively adjust to needs and changing schedules
- Must be able to travel and work nights/weekends as required
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish / Portuguese) preferred
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to handle or feel
- The employee frequently is required to talk or hear
- The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

This position may require work on nights and weekends
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS- Massachusetts Teaching License
- Valid Driver's License
- Safe Sport
