SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for caregiving opportunities in Foxborough, MA

Your Role

You’ll provide compassionate in-home support while helping clients maintain their comfort, safety, and independence. Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care and daily living activities

• Supporting mobility and transfers

• Providing companionship

• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed

• Performing light housekeeping

• Helping clients with daily routines

• Following the client’s care plan and reporting concerns

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HHA certification

• Previous caregiving experience preferred

• Reliable, patient, and compassionate

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
